VCMS Station

VCMS video monitoring station operates from an undisclosed location in order to protect our client’s interest and to comply with privacy policies. The station’s security operators have a live view of the site and they are able to alert the police department before the crime even starts to happen, which ensures a rapid response (our typical response time is anywhere between 4-6 minutes). Each location that the VCMS monitors is registered with the police division closest to the site.

When the alarm is received, it is immediately brought to our operator’s attention. Operator is able to see LIVE view of each location with the number of cameras that are installed. Our security officer has a complete control over each site, and this helps him eliminate any false alarms. It also enables him / her to view and observe the site in real-time. In case of any type of incidents he/she can act accordingly. VCMS uses PTZ cameras (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) which our security personnel is able to fully control and use to obtain as much information as possible, before, during or after the crime had taken place. (This evidence can be used in court since all of our files are ‘watermarked”).

VCMS systems are designed to record 24hrs a day and in case of an incident during business hours, the video can be reviewed by one of our security specialists and necessary evidence provided.
