Our certified security guards are able to observe a parking lot and watch over the inventory, and act accordingly. By using Audio Deterrents, crime is prevented and trespassers are removed from our clients property.
VCMS operators use PTZ cameras which gives them the ability to obtain all the necessary information in regards to anyone that’s seen on the lot.
By using the 2 way communication methods, we can instruct clients where to park, where to return/deposit the key to the rental.
VCMS operators also communicate with the clients on sometimes not so well lit parking lots, and reassure them that they are safe, all the way until they enter their own vehicle.

These two individuals casually walked up to the truck owned by one of our valued clients, Thrifty Rent-a-Car Ltd. This is an area where access is allowed to public which makes our job a bit harder. Nevertheless, our certified security guards are always alert and ready to deal with these types of situations. We used an audio deterrent and the culprits left the premises – EMPTY HANDED.
